Use of the soso66 Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of soso66.bio, the mobile platform, and all related services ("Platform"). These Terms take full effect when you access or use our Platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the soso66 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Soso66 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically for any changes. The date these Terms were last updated will always be displayed at the top of this page.

2 Platform Eligibility

The soso66 Platform is only permitted for use by individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout all use of the Platform
• Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable local laws
• Not subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions that prohibit the use of online gambling services
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register from any recognized responsible gambling program
• Using the Platform for personal and entertainment purposes only, not for commercial or business purposes without the written consent of soso66

Soso66 enforces age restrictions through a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All members are required to submit valid identification documents during account verification. soso66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found not meeting this eligibility requirement at any time.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the soso66 Platform. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the freezing of balances held within them.

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full name as shown on your identity document, an active email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and your bank details used for transactions.

• You are fully responsible for the security of your account password
• Do not share your login credentials with any other party
• Notify soso66 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization
• Soso66 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access arising from the user's own negligence.
• Account information must be updated within 7 business days should any changes occur

The KYC verification process must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a copy of a valid identity card or passport and proof of current address. This process is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Soso66 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and direct bank transfers to all major local banks. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. The latest limits will be displayed on the Deposit page within the Platform. All deposits must be made from an account registered in the user's own name — soso66 does not accept third-party deposits.

• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes up to a maximum of 2 hours during normal business hours
• Withdrawals to bank accounts that do not match the soso66 account name will not be processed
• Soso66 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal
• All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed, except in cases of confirmed technical error

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Soso66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, weekly cashback, free spins, and a loyalty program for dedicated members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside the respective offer.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and wins

• Bonuses received are for use on the soso66 Platform only and are non-transferable
• Any attempt to defraud or exploit the bonus system will result in immediate account termination

6 Game Rules & Integrity

All games offered on the soso66 Platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified and audited by a qualified third party. This ensures that every game outcome is fair, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including soso66 itself.

The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each slot game is stated in the game information and reflects a long-term average based on millions of spins. Individual results within a gaming session may differ from the stated RTP — this is the inherent nature of chance-based games.

• Using automated software, bots, or cheating tools in any game is strictly prohibited

7 Permitted User Conduct

• Reselling or transferring your account to any other party is strictly prohibited
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your location

8 Account Suspension & Termination

Soso66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may result in such action include:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Engaging in fraud, collusion, or cheating in any form
• Attempted money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Does not meet the age or legal eligibility requirements
• Use of the Platform from restricted geographic regions

If your account is terminated for valid reasons, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you after the investigation is complete and any deductions related to the violation have been applied where necessary. The refund period is within 14 business days after the investigation concludes.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

9 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The soso66 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". soso66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, soso66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance
• Data loss due to technical failure or external cyberattacks
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers
• Any losses arising from the use of information provided on the Platform

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Soso66 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are urgently required for security or legal compliance reasons.

These Terms, and any disputes arising from them, are subject to applicable law under the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the appropriate arbitration body or court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
